I love this chapter and the story about Mark Zuckerberg. While going to Harvard he took an Art History Class. Never a attended the class yet managed to ace the final legitimately because he understood the intelligence of the community. The kicker is not only did Mark benefit the whole class benefited because of his simple but
brilliant idea to organize. It was a win win for everyone involved. There is a great line from the book "self organization is the key to understanding the impact on society" Implementing this idea into business is the holy grail.
While reading this chapter it has inspired me both on a personal and professional level to think differently.
